SKY HIGH
Hope you're enjoying the gritty superhero world of Alan Moore's Watchmen, soon to be made into a terrible movie from the director of 300 and the Dawn of the Dead remake. I guarantee you that the resulting film will not be nearly as entertaining as Sky High, a Disney-produced movie about teens at a high school for superheroes- trust me, I thought it sounded lame too but the interesting cast includes the great Kurt Russel and the delicious Mary Elizabeth Winstead (both in Grindhouse) plus Dave Foley, Kevin McDonald, Bruce Campbell, Kevin Heffernan from Broken Lizard, Lynda Carter, Danielle Panabaker, and Cloris Leachman as "The Sex Appeal". Steve Gerber, the creator of Howard the Duck (the comic book character, not the movie), died on February 10, 2008 of Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. I'd like to think Steve would've really enjoyed these caption galleries laying into Howard the Duck (the movie, not the comic book character) as he really hated the film that sanitized and bastardized his most popular creation, and the cappers really gave this turd the roasting it so richly deserves. These are the last of the Howard the Duck captions, so be sure to enjoy them to the utmost... and try to ignore the scent of roasting turd.
